Where do I begin?? My life has been so incredible these past couple weeks and honestly, I hate to talk about it so much because it feels like I'm bragging, but I am seriously overwhelmed with how good life has been. I have to share! And not to rub it in anyone's face, but just because I'm so excited about it! Grateful does not even begin to describe it.  It's almost  as if every childhood dream I ever thought up is suddenly coming true! Let's start with Thursday night. We go to the big County Fair  where Switchfoot is playing. Now, I've never been lucky enough to live by the ocean but that doesn't mean that I'm not 99.9% salt water by birth rights. I love the ocean and it has a HUGE part of my soul. So when they brought out  Tom Curren  to play a song with them I just about died. My inner twelve year old was screaming her head off. We heard that Swicthfoot's annual Bro Am , a surf competition they hold every year, was actually ...

The story goes like this: When my sweet Momma started her family she prayed for five boys.  After four girls though, (and obviously reaching perfection with the youngest, me. ) she finally gave up... She always said God had a sense of humor!  Now my Poppa on the other hand, is a lucky man!  (Or at least we try to convince him that he is.) But now that my sisters are all grown up and starting families of their own...  He's finally getting some boys.   But were I honest with you I'd say I don't mind these boys at all; no not one bit.  :)  Collin pulling off his best Abercrombie impression. Shmigley Wrigley. One of my favorite dogs (and boys!) in the world.  The Boys!  Okay so this one is my favorite of the day. Kelly how could you like this you might say. Why are you man handling your poor nephew? But oh, don't let his dramatic looks deceive you; I assure you  we were having a great time...
